Creating live experiences for bodies in space and time

Iris is a choreographer, architect, performer, and workshop facilitator. Her work focuses on the common threads between movement and architecture, mindfulness and bodily awareness, and multisensory experiences.

I was born in sunny Athens, GR and have lived in Athens, Chania (Crete) and London. I hold an MArch from Technical University of Crete and an MFA in Choreography from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

In 2018, I gave a TEDx talk on dance and architecture and since then I've been collaborating with super talented artists from around the world!

My work has been shown (among others) at the Royal Academy of Music (UK), Athens Video Dance Festival (GR), Ugly Duck (UK), Stone Nest (UK), John Lyons Theatre (UK) and supported by Arts Council England.

I teach online classes and workshops because I want to support people in rediscovering their mind-body connection and enhancing their imaginative capacity.

Your body - mind wellbeing has become my mission!
